After you reach out to us via our website, the first step is an initial call where we will chat about your wedding plans and expectations. This is a fun and casual chat where we can get to know each other and find out if we are a good match. Feel free to ask us any questions you might have at this point - this is the best time to clarify any special requests or particular arrangements. (We want you to feel comfortable working with us, too!)

As your wedding approaches, we will be there to help with suggestions, recommendations for your venue and other vendors. We have a huge network of amazing wedding vendors - ideal for helping you plan an unforgettable day.  We’ve planned many weddings over the years and we are happy to share the knowledge we have gained from our experience. We’ll help you avoid the typical wedding planning mistakes and make sure your big day goes smoothly.

Finally, everything is set up and your wedding day is ready to unfold. You’ll wake up this morning with excited butterflies and we will be there bright and early to document every special moment. The tender quiet moments while getting ready. The hugs and tears with loved ones. The look of awe when you gaze down the aisle at your partner. Your first dance under the stars. We’ll take care of capturing each and every one of these special moments - you simply have to relax, smile and enjoy your day.

As you jet off on your honeymoon with your special someone, we’ll be working away on your photos - ensuring every pixel is perfect and polished. We’ll send a little preview a few days after the wedding, so you can relive the rush of emotions you experienced on your special day. You’ll receive the full online gallery of high quality images a few weeks later - yours to use any way you like. All of the funny, sweet, tender and intimate moments of your special day preserved forever - so you’ll never forget exactly how you felt when you said “I do."
