Wedding at Weingut von Winning in Deidesheim

29. January 2026

A relaxed and elegant wedding in early spring, celebrated in Deidesheim and shaped by thoughtful design, creative freedom, and a shared sense of purpose. Despite changeable March weather, this wedding unfolded with an unhurried rhythm — refined, intentional, and full of warmth.

The ceremony took place indoors at the historic Ketschauer Hof, offering an intimate and composed setting on a day marked by rain and cool temperatures. While originally planned outdoors, the indoor ceremony created a calm, focused atmosphere that allowed emotion and connection to take center stage. Guests then moved to Weingut von Winning for dinner, where the celebration continued as envisioned on the Belle Étage, overlooking the vineyards and surrounding landscape.

Design played a central role throughout the day. In contrast to the classic architecture of both venues, the styling embraced bold color and expressive florals. A vibrant palette framed the ceremony space, with florals lining both sides of the aisle and leading toward a creative, sculptural backdrop. This strong floral concept carried through into the dinner design, where flowing table arrangements were complemented by a mix of high and low floral installations — creating movement, texture, and a distinctly modern aesthetic.

What made this wedding especially meaningful was the way it came together. The celebration was the result of a collaborative project initiated by members of Embrace Your Love, a former network of selected wedding professionals from the Rhein-Neckar region. Each vendor was given creative freedom, allowing ideas to merge organically into a cohesive and personal experience. To give something back, the couple chose to support Rhino Revolution Europe with a generous donation — turning the celebration into something impactful beyond the day itself.

With guests traveling internationally and photography and film accompanying the wedding, the day felt layered and intentional. Set across two distinctive venues, the celebration combined elegance, creativity, and purpose — a wedding defined not only by its visual presence, but by the values behind it.
